At FitXpress, a complete training need not take more than 30 minutes. But in that time, you complete an entire workout. The secret is in the combination of exercises which you perform under the supervision of an expert instructor.
In our circuit training, the equipment is set up in a circle, so that the instructor can help everyone and you can motivate and encourage each other! You train several muscle groups, spending 30 to 45 seconds on each piece of equipment. Finished one exercise? Then move on to the next piece of equipment – the training is over before you know it. Time flies when you're having fun!
Circuit training is suitable for anyone: men, women and seniors. At FitXpress we take many factors into consideration: experience, age, work, your goals, etc. Circuit training is therefore always tailor-made. Because circuit training is a group-based workout, it is ideal for doing with other people. Friends, colleagues, corporate fitness: there are endless opportunities to combine fitness and fun.
